SAFE

By using the slow-motion method, complete training occurs without placing strain on the joints and spine. Those with previous injuries experience the opportunity to reach for their goals as all virtual workouts are carefully composed and guided to fit each body.

EFFICIENT

In properly fatiguing the muscles, a full body workout can be achieved in only 30 minutes. Our program requires no more than twice a week as the muscles need sufficient recovery time between workouts to build and strengthen. We offer results without taking more than an hour a week of your time.

EFFECTIVE

Each virtual session is customized and directed to ensure proper form and accurate loading and fatiguing of the muscles, without unnecessarily stressing the joints. This causes the body to react by increasing strength and overall health dramatically. Our method works!

For nearly 30 years, Nicole’s passion for health and fitness has given her the privilege to work with many as they strive for a healthier, pain free, stronger lifestyle. She firmly believes that everyone is capable of achieving their goals with the proper care and guidance.

One area of our lives that is vital and has changed is our ability to exercise. I am excited to share with you how safe, efficient and effective it can be to strength-train virtually.”

Our nutrition philosophy is simple, food is fuel for the body, mind and soul. It becomes complex as each person is individual and unique; however, the principals remain the same for all. We closely look at your current health, activity level, diet, tastes, desires and goals. Then we create a plan that fits well into your life and the way you think. This plan is not a diet. Statistics show that those who diet will do so repeatedly for years and find themselves heavier than at the beginning of their first diet. Instead, it involves small changes that allows you to continue to enjoy food while properly feeding your body.
