By using the slow-motion method, complete training occurs without placing strain on the joints and spine. Those with previous injuries experience the opportunity to reach for their goals as all virtual workouts are carefully composed and guided to fit each body.
EFFICIENT
In properly fatiguing the muscles, a full body workout can be achieved in only 30 minutes. Our program requires no more than twice a week as the muscles need sufficient recovery time between workouts to build and strengthen. We offer results without taking more than an hour a week of your time.
